Young adults and youth today are facing enormous hardships which can impair success. We want all youth to have a chance to succeed, which is why PAL focuses on reaching out to youth to build positive connections through activities, self esteem building, mentoring, leadership and making responsible decisions. PAL activities provide a safe environment in which youth can build friendships and expand their horizons.
